Since we were allowed to eat of the Tree of Knowledge we first learned what is evil, and yet the way of pain remained strangely attractive to us.
The mystery of evil is no mystery at all for it is indeed a choice and choice can only be made when opposites are available. Anything painful is evil and anything that heals is good. Once one is healed of evil one becomes good, there is no pain and no struggle but peace and rest and that's again very good.

So what happened? Why did we fall in love with evil and why can't we let go of it? Have we gotten sick and are unwilling to part with it until the dying day?
People are careful when it comes to something good or even too good for words, but too readily and ignorantly so lap up evil. No surprise that so many get indigestion and are unwell.

REFORMATION OR CONFUSION
I just heard that a lady got hold of the book (Truth and Illusion the Last Reformation, in German) and once she had realized who wrote it without opening it she sent it back. The contents of this book would have made her free from the bondage of fear she is in right now; from suspicion and this strange carefulness; because it is all good and coming directly from the throne of the good God. But unfortunately for most, in religion, evil also came from heaven, which they plan/believe/hope to enter one day and spend eternity. That is strange indeed. I'm not surprised why they must be so careful, for if heaven is unclean then nothing is; and one must keep out a watch for any "false theology" as if what they have embraced is too precious to part with.
PREJUDICE WITHOUT BASIS
I write this blog in Switzerland, and deal with the European reservation and the distances people have created. It's a spirit of carefulness.
The spiritual sense of detecting good seems lost. Jesus said, "The hated Me without a reason." No basis no grounds... So where does it come from? The convenient devil can be turned and twisted in every direction just to suit self. With arms wide open wisdom cries upon a hill asking you to embrace it for your own good. But, the knowledge of good seems lost already long time ago.
[John 15:18-19] If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.
Why is it so? Why man wants to see evil coming down from heaven? Why messing up the good thing? And yes, we are the ones that do it for we are the creators of both the good and the evil.
THE CHOICE STIMULUS
God gave us the knowledge in order to inspire choice. Out of the positive and negative possibilities He wanted to be chosen as the GOOD GOD and then for us to choose all that He represents; hence the Bible, which draws a clear line between good and evil. That's how much God loves us. He went so far as to choosing a nation for you and through His people and their writings draw you closer to Himself and to the Truth about Him and His Kingdom. And although many went astray and seduced your mind with trash yet, that does not take away from the fact that God is after you and the good in you.
Between the trash and the beneficial-to-your-overall-health-food resides the right choice. You already know what trash is; it badly reeks of decay and disease, so why scratching your head when it comes to right choices? You still want to be theologically correct? Smell your theology first.
Once heaven is not so good, (writings like the Jubilees, Book of Enoch and other trash polluted it for us and messed up our minds) then we might as well quit getting ready for that kind of a heaven. Why man even went there and what was the motive is already evil in itself, but that is a direct sin against God Himself. Those who wrote these things have been given over to their own wants and desires and became totally blind. But the worst is when others have embraced their absurdities and preach them as truths; they are also given over to their own and there is no hope for them anymore.

The church must be reformed for the very last time and place Satan under God and make him a subordinate-to-Him angel. And although many say that 'God allows Satan to do bad things' they miss the entire point of God being the fully in charge God and that is also our sin against Him. Yes, it terribly pains Him because He loves you so much that He can't stand seeing you in bondage! What's the hesitance in making God the ALL mighty in your mind? Why not fully surrendering to Him and letting Him have His own way in your life?

The secreted dislikes, animosities and even downright hatreds are never aimed against you personally, but against God the Creator. People's thoughts are so messed up that they'd rather stay confused than enjoy the straight ways of thought, feeling and well-being.

The weaker characters do not want to be disliked or hated so they quickly compromise and lose righteousness; they lose the compass of right and wrong; they try to stay neutral and "do not rock the boat." Yet some can't afford this luxury for they are God's end-time voice on earth - "Make the crooked ways straight!"
Why people can't stand the good? Bad is good, dirty is clean and crooked is straight... that's a modern day choices of words ... What a nice choice...

King David was hated without a cause and the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus Christ) was also, but why His followers find it strange when they are being hated?
Antisemitism is the pinnacle of the hatred directed toward God. One does not hate so much the fact that God chose the Jew for if one would go just a step further one would realize that the Jew was not chosen for himself but for the world, even for the anti-Semite. Without the Bible and its God, there would be no people that wrote it after God chose them for the very task of introducing the ONE GOD to the World.
God loves the world so much and the people on this planet that He chooses one for another thus training each in godhood by making the right choices and thus affecting and channeling His love. God made it all to be so. His personality and love must be exchanged by being good to each other and thus establishing His kingdom on earth. We are His agents for others. Learn this truth today and be a blessing to others and thereby also to yourself.

Thomas Victor Nance: It begins with guilt and then comes the blaming in an illogical attempt to defuse that guilt. This illogical mind then interprets the bible and searches for the guilty party. God already gave us the way to defuse the guilt but man's mind treats the negative and the positive as just the way things are but these opposites are tools of education with the emphasis on the positive. This dualistic mind sees gaps in God's sovereignty as almost treats it as if it is they who determines whether or not He is sovereign by stating that "God is in charge". Their minds cannot let go of the negative and get the point but have even placed it in heaven. Lord have mercy.
Beautifully written and well argued. That's it. Something negative draws and captivates much quicker than something positive. People do not know that yet, and so subconsciously they let themselves be drawn to the negative (bad news makes the news) without any checks. The wisdom is that we ought to be drawn much quicker to something good and be transformed by the good rather than be pensive and slow regarding something good like: God is one. Satan did not fall from heaven. Evil was not born in heaven, but on earth. There was no war in heaven and the perfect peace comes from the perfect realm of heaven - this peace Jesus gave us (John 14:27). That's good. Isn't it? Should we mull over it, or rather be quick in embracing this good news? Perfect Love is heavenly and this love casts out all fear. Isn't that good? Why playing with fear of being in a wrong theology or something like that? What is the purpose of prejudicing people against something GOOD? God made everything VERY GOOD and not a mixture. The reason to embrace the negative is the Ego or the "Illusion-Self", because the Ego needs for exist the negative. It does not mean the Ego is our enemy - no, we have not to fight against it and in this world we will always deal with it. But we need the right knowledge and wisdom to detect it.If we know who we really are and that our really identity is in God (in the PLUS/GOOD/POSITIVE!!!)and we embrace this really "Self" and overcome our Ego - we will never need any negative. But this is a (our!) choice: not only between positive or negative but between our Ego (an illusion) or our really identity.
Actually there is nothing to fight with or to oppose, nothing. Just as you say Bettina, (very well written, very lovely)"it does not mean that our ego is the enemy," ego is an ambition even a zeal. This consuming zeal for good overpowers all things, which are not good, converting them into pluses. Just as peace overpowers war and laughter overpowers sadness, after which depressed people say. "Oh I actually feel better, good... happy" well keep it up. Keep the flame aflame.
